Gallagher Higher Education Practice specializes in serving the risk management and insurance needs of institutions of higher learning throughout the United States. The education niche has long been a core competency of our company, and today it represents a significant portion of our business.

Our clients include both public and private colleges, universities, junior colleges and trade schools. On behalf of our clients, we have created insurance pools and spearheaded the unbundling of insurance services. While we understand the need for conventional insurance, we continue to believe in the alternative market as the best way to control costs over the long run.

Our products and services for the higher education sector cater to clients with traditional first-dollar placements, deductible programs and self-insured retention programs, as well as to uninsured entities.
